Soul Calibur IV gets MORE Star Wars

Gamespot, Cha$hwhore, whatever you may call it is reporting an interesting bit of new Soul Calibur IV news. While Yoda is an exclusive character to the 360 and Vader to the PS3, in the words of Yoda, "there is another."

Ever hear of a game called Star Wars: The Force Unleashed? Yeah probably. Know the premise? Darth Vader had a secret apprentice, pretty cool right? Well Mr. Secret Pants over there is going to be in BOTH versions of Soul Calibur IV to give people proper light saber on light saber duels. No official pictures yet, but it came straight from Namco Bandai.

I can say I like to see different developers working together like this. The spartan in Dead or Alive and the Hayabusa Armor in Halo 3 were really cool additions, and I'd like to see more stuff like that in the future.

No, its been established A LOOOOOOOOONG time that Yoda = 360 and Vader = PS3

I'm willing to bet that they will become DLC down the line a few months later. Its really pointless to have two characters separate like that who both have nothing to do with the consoles. Link in soul calibur II and all the others, those made sense to keep separate.

Don't now how I missed that. It is kind of pointless though, it's not like someones going to buy another copy of the game just to play as Yoda, so why bother? Unless to make money by raping us with DLC, like you suggested.

Anyone complaining about Star Wars peeps needs to realize they put characters who are related to ANIME CHARACTERS in the game.

You have to be made of weeaboo and fail if it's cool to have Srgt Frog characters but not Star Wars.
