BAD SEGA! BAD! What is this hmmm? WHAT IS IT?! What did you do? Did you do something bad? Yes you diiiiiid.

Just when I think Sonic is gaining some redemption with the seemingly good looking Sonic Unleashed, Sega has Sonic unleash their patented BULLSHIT again. A SWORD? A fucking SWORD?! I don't even know what I can say about this, I'm just speechless.

In case you were wondering, Nintendo Power's hinted reveal in their last issue was not Kingdom Hearts, was not Chrono Trigger (even though it did happen,) and was not Eathbound even though they said it wasn't. IT WAS SONIC... WITH A FUCKING SWORD

Still, I still say it's up in there air. A game that's half shit and half roses will still smell like shit in the end.

i was reading another blog, stating that capcom this year was completly run by nerds, thanks to games like bionic commando, mega man 9 and street fighter IV, giving people exactly what they want in the classic department.

People who say sonic unleashed has old school gameplay need to go get a not emulator and not play the old sonic games.
2.5D does not equal old school. Although it does look fun.

Yes, Unleashed looks pretty solid and people should stop complaining that a game isn't exactly the same as one already made.

As for this, all we have to go on is one picture, and at least the sword does look cool. Secret Rings was okay, right? And this sounds like a direct sequel (so far as that's possible)

I say give it a chance, it may be the closest to a new Rocket Knight Adventure we will ever get.

...that last comment is just untrue flat untrue. Sonic was good (minus a few crap games) up until Sonic Adventure 2 on the dreamcast, then it all went down hill from there.
