I got you, DIDN'T I?! Holy shit I'm happy. I just saw this on Kotaku, and apparently Jack sent out a mass email explaining the whole situations. He says:

Your Referee down here, Dava Tunis, the one who does not have a federally-mandated loyalty oath even to be on the bench, just today issued her final Referee’s Report in the above matter, and she rejected The Bar’s recommendation of a ten-year disbarment for me and instead is asking you to disbar me permanently with no opportunity ever to apply for reinstatement.

Funny, this wouldn't be something that I myself would be proud of, its kind of one of those things you are shameful for... Yet Thompson wants EVERYONE to know like all the gaming sites are on his side. Attention whore (re)confirmed?

Who the hell cares though! PERMANENT DISBARMENT!
