And whats the first thing he does after it? File something in the Florida court, hahaha.

For awhile now, Jacky has been under fire from the Florida courts for some time now. First a suggestion of a 10 year disbarment was put on the table but the judge basically said "fuck that" and recommended lifetime disbarment. And guess what, as of September 25th, 2008 the lifetime disbarment is IN EFFECT.

BUT THAT DOESN'T STOP JACK THOMPSON! I don't give a crap to read his nonsense, so if you want to hear his "boohoo, take me back" plea Kotaku's got you covered.

Damn. I was just writing a post on this, but decided to refresh the cblogs page before posting it.

This is good news in the sense that he's cut off from his previous resources and is now just a normal attention whore, but I worry that someone that doesn't constantly undermine their own position will step up to the anti-fun plate in his absence.
