Well... that 4:3 wide screen border is annoying. Nevertheless, I can't wait for this to come out, a must buy in my opinion.

We took one of the most powerful home console game systems on the market to digitally distribute a new, polished, fully-realized edition of a time-honored classic in full High Definition...and chopped the screen to 4:3. It's not a big nitpick, but it does hurt a little. Hopefully they'll add an option to 16:9 the view, but if not, I'll still be picking it up. I don't know why in the hell it's considered an XB original, though. It's from the Dreamcast, which I guess you could consider the Xbox-point-5.

Either way, totally stoked for the game. Here's hoping that they have the good sense to include online matchmaking...if not, still fun for two, but a huge waste of potential if overlooked.

Well the whole aspect ratio thing is that it was done in native 4:3 and they would have to do a lot more than polish and port if they wanted to do native 16:9.

I dunno. After the changes in Soul Calibur 2, I can't go back to the original for anything but nostalgia anymore.

I don't see the point of buying this unless you haven't played SCI. Unless SCI was getting like a complete RE1 Remake, it's not anything special. Plus it's in hd, but scrunched down thanks to the 4:3 output.

and maybe it's me, but WTF is up with Hwang in that first image he's in? He looks like a chick or something. I'm skipping this. Just cause I can break out the ole DC which...IMO, will look better than the screens there.

I know youre a ps3 guy so they might not have you hooked, but its worth the 10 for me to play the game with some new goals.
