Hey guys, Coon here, just wanted to drop off a quick little tidbit for everyone since I haven't seen anyone mention it and it might be relevant to your interests. We all know that Dennis Dyack has gotten into an Internet Fight with almost the entire internet by now, and a lot of people feel like he needs to put up or shut up. Well, we won't get to see if the 9 year production time for Too Human is worth it until mid-August when the game comes out, but you can get a taste of it come Monday morning, 4 am Eastern from what I've heard, when the Too Human demo comes out on XBL Marketplace. The demo is supposed to show off "part of the first level". I have no idea how long that is supposed to be, but I guess we will find out soon enough. Also, there's a new Too Human trailer on XBLM right now if you want to check that out.

Are you for or against this demo?

I think in this is another case where a demo is not a good idea for the developer and publisher.

There's probably alot of people will pick this game up on the day purely on the back of it being a Silicon Knights game. (Mmmm...Sweet Eternal Darkness, you've never let me down.)

But after playing the demo perhaps people will just flat out refuse to buy it based on the probable horrid controls and button-mashing gameplay.

In all honesty i really wanted this game to be good but with the long delays i think it will die a slow death. A cautionary tale for most developers.
Not to mention Dyack's online crusade to smite all non believers of the game being a fucking PR nightmare. Does this guy not understand he's basically having a pop at his core install base? Christ...
