IF the Wii-mote PLUS gets integrated well into other games, and IF the "Wii Speak" gets integrated into other games, such as "The Conduit"... I'll be happy. This is the make or break year for my Wii. Eventually, Brawl will get old.

.............At this point I am starting to think about boycotting Nintendo. That is unless they make a new Kirby game but it doesn't look like they plan on doing that for awhile.

Sure, Chad crying is a big indicator that your press conference was underwhelming, but . . . did you guys not see this coming? We had our fun with the Wii, but anyone who has owned a Nintendo console in the last decade knows to expect the "Nintendo Drought" sooner than later.
Warning symptoms: Zelda, Mario, Metroid, SSB, Paper Mario, and Celda games have all been tapped and dipped into already.
I still support the Wii and most of what it's going for in the industry, but I still expect to be completely bored with a Nintendo console for a few months out of the year. If this is new to you, then I guess you learned the hard way :(
Might want to start packing and preparing soon, this Dust Bowl Console might be a long one to wait out...

To us (hardcores) it shouldn't even matter what Wii/Nintendo is doing. we may buy 1 game a year for it, if that.

I'll be buying Animal Crossing. I'm good with that. I didn't expect more..except maybe Pikmin 3 or Kid Icarus.

Everyone knows only Greeks and a taco want anything more than voice-enabled Animal Crossing and GTA DS to satisfy the hardcore market.
Nintendo releases a few good games for each system they make. And those have already been released. (Smash Bros,Zelda,Metroid and Mario so most likely the other games they will release will probably be regurgitated bs from the past (oh wait that is Virtual Console) and Mario Spin-offs like mario goes shopping, mario plays hockey, badminton. Slowly but surely Nintendo lost most of its good games.
Everyone is down with Animal Crossing.
But no one should be satisfied with just Animal Crossing.
Damn you, Reggie! When will we get Grand Theft Animal Crossing? I want to steal someone's e-sheep!
