You might want to up the RAM to 3GB for a bit of breathing room (no more than that unless you want to switch to 64-bit Vista for gaming). Good setup though, some solid hardware.
I usually go for separate sound card to take some of the load, to reduce CPU load, but I might be out of date on that (and this system is a beast anyway)
