Might have a few minor little touches to fix, but it's otherwise (sans lettering and graphic framing and shit). I'm more or less landing on a style of characters being slightly more graphic then background. This took way too long to paint though, so the actual comic may be much more graphic all around -_-

and since bahamutzero keeps sayin he wants the see the train in an animation, here's a link to my thesis from school that was done march-ish.

hehehehe sweet man. This came out amazing, I love your character design. gonna check out the thesis in a bit. Is that toon shaders on the trains or did you paint it in by hand? either way is impressive

thanks guys. the image is above is hand painted over the wire frames. I don't know enough about shading to really bother with that (and it would look too digital for a comic book probably + render times on my computer suck).
