Not my Turning Point gaming rig
cannonball | 7:05 PM on 03.08.2008 3 comments

This is NOT my Turning Point gaming rig, as you can plainly see. This is the front of my eMachines compy. Funny story on how I got this machine: My old Dell finally couldn't cope with the surrounding world and it finally crapped out (I couldn't blame it; it went through all my college years). I needed to buy a new compy and luckily found a site where open-box returns are sent and sold for "pennies-on-the-dollar." Then I needed money to buy a computer and my consoles took a hit. Yes, I sold my Wii to a message board friend to buy my new rig. It's a good compy for an eMachine and the 19" wide-screen monitor is definitely a bonus.

About the stickers: I got bored and had a bunch of stickers left over from customizing my Guitar Hero guitars. Check out both sides of the compy at the end. Now, I know what you may be thinking after you see the sides = "Reno, where did you get all the Guitar Hero stickers? You certainly only have 2 guitars." Well, as a humble Gamestop employee, people don't take out the stickers when they trade in their gear for Smash Brothers Brawl. But don't worry, the Turning Point rig will be sticker-free if owned by me.

And I'm always accepting more stickers for those who don't need them.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
