Short blog is short, I know, but this isn't a planned excursus on video games, movies, or the state of c-blogs. My point is simple: Tonight at 2am (EST) an episode of Futurama will air which is entitled "Anthology of Interest 2". It's established as a 3 section episode wherein of the main 3 characters (um, spoilers[?] it's Bender, Fry, and Leela....who'd you think it would be?) posit a "what-if?" scenario. Fry's scenario is 2nd, probably about 10 minutes in if I can still divide 30 by 3 correctly, and he asks what "it would be like if the world were more like video games". Needless to say, the subsequent shenanigans are my favorite 10 minutes in all of the Futurama series. I won't tell you what happens, you'll have to see it for yourself. So check it out for some (with respects to Electro Lemon) late night lulz.

Seriously though, why did fucking Family Guy have to come back instead of this? Oh that's right, because it costs nothing to animate and it's writers are paid in fish.
