I live in Saskatchewan's provincial capital city called Regina (Saskatchewan is in Canada for those who didn't know). I had heard that there was at least one Dtoid member in my lovely province, but I wasn't aware of anyone specifically in Regina.



When I was at the local pub last night for my girlfriend's birthday, I saw a young lass with a Destructoid sticker on her headphones. I was too shocked and awed to snap a picture with my phone. Now the entire reason for this post is just how weird it was to see some destructoid merch being displayed in one of the more humble provincial capitals in Canada. The entire population of the province is just over a million (2006 Canada census data puts Regina at 179,246), so I thought it was a little out of the ordinary to see someone else representing the community. I know, I'm just a lurker, but I sport a destructoid sticker on my university binder that I snagged from Neiro when he took a picture with my girlfriend and I at PAX last year, so I guess I could be more lurky and obscure.

So anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know that this shining beacon of awesomenausity on the internet shines bright in Saskatchewan. Thanks for creating such a great community that people sharing a similar interest can come to and feel like there is a place for them regardless of physical situation (like living in Regina, Saskatchewan).
