Hey DToid,
My name is Andy Smith, long time reader, occasional commenter. In the spirit of the community I need to ask a very quick question. I work for an unnamed company up in Canada, and what we do is help independent (and not so independent) game developers to publish their games on social sites. (Facebook, MySpace, Ning, etc.) We're also working on some other fairly cool things, but, here's when my question comes in.
Is it cool for me to blog about the stuff that I'm doing for work if I genuinely believe it would be interesting for the community?
Wait, I lied, I have two questions, does anyone actually care about this?
Let me know DToid.

But aprt from that, yes we do care and yes a lot of people do read the blogs and will comment on your blog, be it good comments or bad.
PLEASE, for futher help, go read the community rules, link located on the side of the I believe, hope this helps! :)

Forums are BROKEDED!

Seriously though, as long as you find it interesting, I'm sure at least one other person on this site will read it. So go for it. Make sure it's not just pointless hyping of a game though, have your articles be interesting anecdotes about working in the industry or the design process, and people will dig it.
