I got my latest issue of Nintendo Power today. Didn't read it cover-to-cover yet, but I still haven't found any mention of their closing. I'm starting to wonder if the whole rumor of everyone being told to look for new jobs come September was misconstrued from what we later discovered was Nintendo telling everyone in marketing and PR that they'll take a job in SF or NY, or they'll find a new job. I'd assume that the magazine division would be considered part of marketing, anyway. I would think that if they knew they were ending the magazine in September, they'd let the subscribers know, and try to go out with a bang, instead of "oh yeah, this is your last issue."

Anyone thinking along these lines? Anyone thinking I'm completely wrong? Anyone thinking that I missed a news post a long time ago, which is the reason I haven't heard anybody talking about it?

Well they also said the Big 3 from Nintendo left but they are still working for the big N.

But if Nintendo Power does close, you till got one more month for a post. Why do a countdown to their closing? That is negative. Plus, I thought they were going to close it but still have it opened.

But you aren't wrong...I am not sure if many people know.

I thought that they said that the magazine was staying, but they're changing the license or something.
Meh, I'm almost ready to stop subscribing to NP; nowadays all the stuff I read in there is a bit old.

ya it going to be called NINTENDO DS now cause thats all it ever covers anymore.
