So I sent my guitar out the day after christmas after it stopped working more than a week before. Got the box the day before christmas after I sent for it almost a week before. Took forever to fucking get to them. Then it took forever for them to "process" it or whatever the fuck they do.
Then I get an email saying my guitar has been shipped with 2-day air. Alright that's awesome. So I check the UPS tracking. They havent shipped it, they only sent the info to UPS that they have a package. Fuck. Next day, same thing. Finally 3 days ago it said in transit. 3 days later, a small package, the size of maybe a shoe shows up. Lame no rock band guitar. So I pick it up and read the address.
"Electronic Arts Warranty Excha"
What the fuck? So I think maybe they sent me a rock band shoe or something for waiting. Tear it open. What the fuck is this shit staring at me? A fucking drum fucking peddle.
The fucking packing slip says guitar. They can't get their shit together on the stuff they make or fixing their broken shit. If I didn't have a guitar hero 2 controller, it'd probably just be sitting there because I suck at the drums and singing and playing with a band isn't fun without the guitar, not to mention my band is has the guitarist as the leader so I'd have to start over to play with a band.
