I've been gaming since before I got my NES on Apple II's and an old IBM 8088. Never had an Atari or Odyssey. I got an NES for Christmas in the 80s and have been a gaming nut ever since. I love Nintendo's IPs and because of this I've bought every systemm to date (including VB). In addition to every Nintendo system (-Wii), I've also own a Dreamcast, XBOX, 360, and PS3.

Wow, this is the twelfth (non)official meeting of Dtoid people on WarHawk on Wednesday. Man that was really specific. You may have heard that I got a 360 recently from Destructoid's resident super cool nice guy Butmac. I stated in that post that this would not prevent me from playing my PS3 and, despite cajoling to the opposite from the likes of DVD, I'm starting by doing WarCawks as usual. Besides we just bought Omega Dawn, we have to play it!
If you've never played Warcawks with us before don't panic. We're friendly (mostly) and we don't bite (hard). So hop in.
As usual, if someone else wants to host who has a fatter pipe than me please say so and I'll be more than willing to let you host. (Anyone?) I think Bronx mentioned he might...?
For tonight's festivities, I will set up a server called "Dtoid_WNW" at approximately 7 pm EST for glorious rounds of dying together. If it is passworded the password will be "toid." If it's not passworded (is that even a word?) we'll just rock out with some random other people.

Holidays are tough Shipero. I was 1000 miles from my PS3. I imagine a lot of others were away as well. Thanksgiving and Halloween screwed up WNW last year too. It happens.
Depending on what happens I have no problems leaving my heater/PS3 on overnight for people who want to play later. If you guys really want me to I'll set it up and set aside some friends slots on an open server or just password it off for the Communitoid. Just let me know before I go home at 5ish eastern.
Do you guys remember Serpentor's air chariot? God that ruled, up until then it was Stormshadow all the way for me, or Firefly he was cool too.
I never really liked the Joes. Tomax and Xamot were super awesome too.

Aw, man...sorry I missed this. The holidays totally put me out of sync with the days, and I didn’t realize that it was Wednesday. I stayed up all night on Tuesday to install a new hard drive on my laptop (and use the recovery DVD, install all my programs, etc.) — I’m still not done with that, btw — and I just passed out around 7:30 PM last night and woke up at like 5 AM today (just over two and a half hours ago). I can’t do FNF either this week — I’ll be heading to a bar with some buddies — so you guys probably won’t see me until next Wednesday. But I should be able to host next week...if anything, just send me a reminder email or something:

there were 3 of us. Liam, Hitogoroshi80 and myself. We ended up going to an official server around 8:45p and blowing each other and others up.
I'm pretty sure everyone is still out of sync cause of the holiday. Next week will be better.
