Good stuff.
When I first saw WiiFit I was just like "Why don't people just exercise?", and then I thought to myself, "Wait a minute....why don't -I- just exercise!?". Sure I go skateboarding every now and then, I walk an hour to and from work each day and I am as agile as a cat on crack. But I'm still far from healthy.
Then I thought that if the exercise was a video game that I would probably be more inclined to participate in general exercises, and more so if there were a friend involved.
It's a pretty ingenious idea now that I actually think about it, what kind of "games" do they get you to do?
Actually according to the BMI scale you are overweight, only just however. I much rather go to the gym every week like I do than use Wii Fit if only becuase all my friends go at the same time.
I hear that if you don't play it everyday, it will explode the next time you step on it.
YOURE FAT
...according to Wiifit, which thinks everyone is
You should do a log of your progress in your blog. I know every wiifit forum is filled with people asking if it works.
