Perfect Famitsu score for Brawl and Sheik confirmed

As revealed in these scans of Famitsu magazine, Super Smash Bros. Brawl has received a perfect score. As pointed out in the article, the game joins Ocarina of Time, Soulcalibur, Vagrant Story, Wind Waker, Nintendogs and Final Fantasy XII as the sole perfect scores given out by the Japanese magazine.

Oh yeah, Sheik is confirmed as a playable character aswell. Yay.

I take Famitsu with a grain of salt, as they gave Halo 3 I think 37/40, but still this is encouraging news for the game. I can't wait till it's out.

Famitsu is known for warping review scores in favor of series popularity. I still expect it to be damn awesome regardless of what Famitsu gives it. I just don't want to see the scores gimped by US reviewers because of Nintendo's shitty online policy.

I never take reviews to heart. Ever. I read/watch them to find out what the game entails and thats it. Their opinions are their own.

I find out what the game is about, what it's bringing to it's genre and then I check out gameplay videos. If after that I'm still interested, then I'll buy it.

The only review site I take seriously anymore is right here at Destructoid. They are right way more than they are wrong I find, as opposed to nearly every major review site who are all over the map.

either way, i'm with Zeke. I hope American viewers don't bitch about the already bland and simple Online piece. They whine enough when it isn't included.

well, i'm pretty partial against review scores aswell, however, considering the the caliber of the other perfect score recipiants (I've played them all expect the last two) I feel there is some credibility there. Of course that being said, I am not too familiar with the magazine's credibility or their other "close to perfect" score recipiants so this speculation could be all wrong.

Adding pics to the body of your post is pretty fun, and easy once you get the hang of it.

Take URL generated from the pic you've uploaded and just put [img] at the start of it...

and [/img] and the end of it.

so http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/characters/images/sheik/sheik_080116a_l.jpg becomes this with [img][/img] wrapped around it.
