Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
I am not kidding. It exists. Poke around and you'll have yourself a laugh.
I want to make love to your avatar, and hang it on the wall.

Are you serious? I feel so bad for you, do you need a hug? If I had to hear that on the radio I would kill myself.
Thats the entire review, after he had said he had never seen lost. He then went on to review MLB 2k8 by saying "The pitching's so much better"

I think what you're missing is the fact that the radio feature only has 2 minutes to talk about 3 games so we can't really do in depth reviews. I know for a fact that Steve (the host) plays each game he talks about for at least 3 hours. So the answer is "yes", he does play them.
As far as sponsorship goes, try going to a website like GameSpot and see how many ads you'll run into. I don't think the radio feature overdoes it at all as it's only 10 seconds out of 120 seconds.
Which picture are you referring to that we "tried to pass off" as our own? I can't recall ever trying to take credit for what someone else has done.
If you don't like The Irate Gamer, there is nothing I can really say because that's your opinion and you're entitled to it. I'm not going to try and change your mind. I do know that he does have a lot of fans though, including me.
For the most part, GottGame.com is aimed at casual gamers and thus has a simpler design. We are not a huge operation like IGN. There are other websites out there, like ScrewAttack.com, that also have a simple yet effective design and are also entertaining.
If you have any other concerns, I'll try to address them to the best of my abilities.
