Just something I thought about this past weekend. I wonder what it's like to be one of the backgrounds characters, not even an NPC, in those fighting game stages. You're just hanging around, not doing much, and these two people just start brawling in the middle of the streets. Personally, you've never seen a human being shoot fire from their hands before, so all you can do is pump your fist in the air and cheer them on.

It's a weird world.

Good point. Maybe they're at Area 51 - they've seen weirder stuff on their coffee breaks. Also, you'd think some air force guy would worry about Ryu's hadoukens setting off any of the armaments laying around the base when he misses ..

That doesn't seem like such a bad life considering how gorgeous some current and past generation fighting stages are these days.

Unless you're Dr. Boskonovitch. He was a stage guy. He was also a victim of bowling.

haha Good call, Stella. There's also a dude air-humping a railing in the top left of Zangief's stage, if I remember correctly.
