I might try this one again. I got about three dungeons in , and gave up on it. Odd, since I really dig Groundhog's Day and Back to the Future ...
It's worth getting though that last dungeon. If you can get through that you can get through the rest of the game and well pretty much any other 3d Zelda dungeon ever made. If all else fails cheat. By cheat I mean use a guide.
Well, I think it's safe to say that you win the Euphemism of the Day award, if nothing else. ;)
As for the game, somehow I must admit that I've never played it...my brother has this, though, so maybe once I manage to tear myself away from Nocturne I'll give it a try - it does have a pretty devoted following.

Majora's Mask is one of my top 3 games of all time. It has one of the best game worlds ever made, period. The focus on the characters and events outside the dungeons created something special, something no other game I've played has captured since. Thanks for the great reminder of a great game.
Nice blog, and i totally agree.
People complain about the zelda games being the same, and yet they complain when majora's mask came out.
what a shame.

This game is in my top ten for sure. Initially I was a little taken aback because it wasn't a traditional Zelda game. In fact, it could have lost all of the Zelda license elements and still have been an amazing game (come to think of it, it might have benefited from that).
Zelda was a Trojan horse, almost. I love that about it. I didn't buy a lot of games on my N64. Were it not a Zelda game, I probably would have missed out on one of the greatest gaming experiences I've ever lived through.
