Spider-man can sing like Bono?!

Yep. Apparently Spider-man will be appearing on Broadway early next year according to a press release on Yahoo!

And all the songs will be written by U2. I thought this was a rumor until now.

It will be called Spider-man Turn off the Dark...

Wow...

No word on casting yet, but those will be leaked I'm sure this summer as rehearsals begin this fall.

And it's also the biggest budget for a Broadway show yet...duh...it's being directed by the same woman who directed Lion King, and it will be in the biggest venue on Broadway that will allow for webswinging...the Hilton Theatre...
