S.A.G.E. 2008 Continues with more awesomeness, entertainment, and more! http://sagexpo.org Be sure to read the news on the bottom left corner for event info...
Richard Jacques, composer for Sonic 3d Blast, Mass Effect, and others graced us with an audio interview! Please note that the audio file has about a minute of silence (besides a whiny sound) before anything actually starts.

Fear his British Voice!!!

Chris Senn ran his Game design workshop as promised and here's the materials:

Workshop Q/A Log (His comments highlighted): http://www.sagexpo.org/chatlogs/Chris_Senn.html

Finally, Lee Brotherton who did a song in Sonic 2006 and runs Remix Factory did an interview with us as well...

There will be a with Howard Drossin!
Composer for Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic Spinball, Comix Zone, etc. Many
great games under his belt, as well as his work composing scores for movies.
Check http://sagexpo.org for the time.

Finally, you can look here to find some reviews of the games featured at S.A.G.E. 2008. I recommend the original titles "Everlasting Song" and "Nothing", and the fangames "Emerald Ties: Crossing Fates," "Mecha Madness"," Halo: Out with a Whimper", "Sonic Nebulous" and "Super Mario Kingdoms"

And especially here... This guy's sly method of bashing the not as great titles is great...

I'll have my own personal reviews of my favorite (and least) games there posted here later on... (Namely Everlasting Song, and Nothing)

Not posting this in the main post, but I just got word that we might have Jun Senoue of Crush 40 stop by and chat for a bit. Crush 40 as you know, did some great music for the Sonic Series ( Open your Heart, Live and Learn being some of the best). Also he was credited in the Brawl Soundtrack, and will be doing music on the upcoming Sonic and the Black Night... Yes, finally, Crush 40's back to doing Sonic music...

At least that game will have great music... as for gameplay...

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
