SAGE 2008: Naughty Dog Dev Eric Iwasaki talks Crash, Crysis, death of Sonic, the industry, and PC

As promised, the log of his interview. If you were there, you'd be able to ask whatever questions you wanted...

Here's the raw interview log: I didn't bother to clean it up here, but the highlighted blue comments are from Eric Iwasaki.

Here's his homepage http://akira3d.com/ With links to other places you can find him... LinkedIn shows pretty much an overview of the games he's done...

I noticed he removed the link to his facebook profile likely due to ridiculous amounts of requests/messages people must have sent him from this event (and you know how annoying facebook is with hundreds of requests... I still have his profile link however... muhahahaha!!!)

A log of Chris Senn's Workshop today should be posted soon... He plans on inviting other devs of the ill-fated Sega Saturn Sonic Xtreme project and will answer all your questions on Wednesday...

Guest list as always is here: http://sagexpo.org/expo/special_guests.html
Logs will be posted here: http://sagexpo.org/expo/bonus.html

That was a nice read considering it was a chat log and chat logs aren't very fun unless you have been there.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
