SEGA’s Gallian Chronicles: Valkyrie of the Battlefield. A Second Look.

Here's a second look at SEGA’s new action-strategy game Gallian Chronicles: Valkyrie of the Battlefield. The premise of the game is it taking place in a sort-of alternate history version of World War I , it mixes elements of the tactical RPG genre with third-person action segments. And it’s all rendered in this gorgeus sketchbook style that’s unlike anything we’ve seen on next-gen consoles yet. To me it looks like paintings come to life and the game just oozes style in spades.

I'm chomping at the bits for them to get this game here stateside. As the only JRPG that we have on our PS3's hands is Folklore, which is great in it's own right. But I want MOAWR. Oh and in case your wondering, it's PS3 Exclusive. Hurry up with the localization already, I want this ASAP.

This trailer was ripped from the Japanese PSN Store. So expect it to be in *gasp* japanese. But you don't need to understand the language to understand the beauty and potential greatness this game may have.

Another alt. history World War game huh? I'm not a big fan of anything tactical, as you know, but this looks decent.

I've wanted this game hard since I first saw it. The combination of third person action and turn based tactics is a delicious mixture to me. And the setting and art style gives me a sort of industrial era steampunkish vibe I absolutely adore.

Nice to see an extended trailer of it.

About Gallian Chronicles.
I've been following that game since I saw the trailers a long time ago. I want more information first but it looks good enough for me. I only think it looks a bit clean, cold almost. Needs more color. Any good RPG is welcome. I'm still playing FF:Tactics but I've almost maxed out everyone.

Its looking like a spin off of the game system from Front mission with some awsome game mechanics that make it more immersive, and well i'm diggin it all the way.....
