Before I begin this Friday Night Fights Post I must share with all of you a serious bit of news. Last night Jack of Trades told me how he was going to destroy me in Soul Caliber IV. He challenged me, mocked my skill and worse yet ... told me he was going to rape me. Being the gentleman that I am, I stayed above the fray and didn't respond in kind because talking junk has no place in my gamer's arsenal. So accepting his challenge, the battle commenced. I will tell you there was more than just Jack of No Trades in the fisticuffs, as Takeshi was there too.

Well to make a long story short and because I refuse to talk "junk" I leave you with this picture and you decide what happened.



Now on to PS3 FRIDAY NIGHT FIGHTS!!!

The festivities begin tonight with SOUL CALIBER IV:



Your host for this will be SantanaClaus aka Moosehole on the PSN Circles. The time for the fisticuffs and the soul gatherings will be 8PM EST. Santana is quite good at this game, I must confess. Now Jack of Trade or Takeshi?? You may want to take a look at that 1st picture above for a visual cue to their skill level. We may have multiple hosts as well so if want to to partake tonight just sign in and you will get a PM from us. I may update this post as well should anybody else volunteer for additional host duties.



Next up is COD4 Ladies. Anytime. Anywhere. I'm always down for this game. I need some devil dogs to roll with me tonight. Who's with me? The time for this will be @ 10:30pm EST. Yours truly, Y0j1mb0 aka k0wb0y-b33b0p, will be hosting and ready to take on the competition. Who knows? Maybe a certain Destructoid editor *cough--Samit--cough* may show up. You never know who'll drop by and join you kiddies.

REMEMBER: THIS GAME IS GETTING AN UPDATE WITH SOON FOR FLYING ROCKET PACKS!! SO IF YOU DON"T OWN THIS GAME YET ... BUY IT. IT"S CHEAP.

Also, all I gotta say is the new modes with the last update KICK ASS!! Hero Mode is pure win as is the other mode both which we will be playing all night long. If you haven't spun your Warhawk in a while..do so tonight to update it with your free modes of play and let's get this party started right. Trust me you will LOVE the new modes. Shipero, Santana, Qraze, Ha-Puken and myself have thoroughly played the hell out of them and we can testify: Warhawk is better than ever because of the update. FANTASTIC. The time for Warhawk will be 11:30pm EST and Shipero will be your Host. Password will be "toid".

Know also that like always, Shipero will be hosting some Rock Band at the same time COD4 is rolling 10:30pm EST. So all you would be Rock Stars that like strumming on plastic guitars, and beating on fake ass drums, and who think they can sing, bring it. Scare them neighbors Dtoid style.
