An Exclusive PS3 2D HD Fighting Game?? By the Makers Of Guitly Gear??

While perusing through the web I happened to spot this little morsel. I don't know if it's been posted or not but I haven't seen it around. It seems in the latest issues of Famitsu they revealed a new 2D Fighting game, that looks frigging SW33T, by Arc System named Blaze Blue.

Exclusively for the PS3 and the Arcade Taito Type X2 board.

Hmmm... Power Glove posted the same scans a few days ago, but there was no mention of it being PS3 exclusive.

UPDATE:

Some info:
� Set around 2199 AD. Possible contiuation of Guilty Gear...who knows.
� Approx 10 characters for the game. Scan introduces 3 characters.
- ラグナ＝ザ＝ブラッドエッジ (Raguna The Blood Edge)
- ジン＝キサラギ (Jin Kisaragi)
- ノエル＝ヴァーミリオン (Noel Vermillion)
� 3 button system. (light, medium heavy) + EX button (super I guess).
� You can attack the opponent while they are on the ground.
� All Stage illustrations will be in HD.

so if this turns out to be an actual continuation of GG, Sammy's finally broke away from the Street Fighter rererererererehashes. If not oh well. new 2d fighter that isn't SFIV or Sengoku Basara X.

I'm dying for a 2D fighting game in HD on my plasma..BAD. And since the PS3 is not Region Locked for games..I'm importing this bitch when it comes out in Japan.

I see myself picking this up even if I don't have a PS3 by the time it hits. Besides even if I don't, my friend and soon to be roommate has a Jap PS3 so all is well.

Another new fighter from Arc, KOFXII giving new sprites for everybody, Samurai Shodown Anthology. This is shaping up to be a great year! Say, what happened to that other recent fighter from Arc System Works, Battle Fantasia, was that ever put on consoles?

I have not heard of the exclusivity aspect, could you provide a source for this information or did you translate this yourself. All I know is that it will be debut at the AOU show in Feb. I did this a while back so things may have changed.
