But, it's Turning Point! Y'know, THE Turning Point?!
Most of us have so many good memories of that game. I cry through it on every playthrough, the dialogue, the gameplay, it just touches my heart! Is it so wrong to want something that bears the Turning Point name? An everlasting souvenir of the greatest game ever! (pinks away tear)

Yup, running 64bit XP, which can be a pain with some programs. Will update to Vista once its solid, but I don't see that being any time soon.
And I didn't join for the sole purpose of this contest, I've been here a while, but the last time I posted a blog, I was flamed like crazy.

I'm running Vista 64 with no issues what soever. Also, don't let the flamers get you down. Douchebags are only a very very small percentage of the Dtoid community. There are lots of really good folks around here. A lot of times, even if you put time and effort into a blog, there is a few who are just around here to troll. It gets redundant and boring after a whlie because they post the same thing over an over like 'Fail' 'GFTO' 'YOU SUCK'. After a while, it's just not funny anymore. They just look stupid, and you get the giggle.
Also, how do you like the Antec 900? I have the same case and HATE it, it's a like a dust and dog hair magnet. However, I do get awesome temps since I re-applied thermal paste to my Q6600 of 28c on air at idle. About 40-45c at full load.

I actually posted my blog in efforts that if I win, the rig be signed by the Dtoid staff, and then auctioned on ebay, then the proceeds go to ChildsPlay, however, since everyone who has a decent rig already are such 'greedy fucks' as you put it. Maybe I should join the crowd.
Yeah, thanks man. Reaprar has just being going between these "Not My Turning Point Rig" posts, and just gets on their case.
I am finding, having only had this PC since Christmas, that it does suck in EXCESSIVE amounts of dust, but nothing a can of compressed air can't fix. And those temps are nice, Im hitting about 35c idle, and about 50c full load.
and no, I'm running two sets of 2x1GB Geil 800Mhz RAM. Orange RAM sticks FTW :P
Mine are pink, those looked pink in the pic. Can't beat the A-Data ram DDR2 800 2x2GB kits from newegg for less than 70$.
Yeah, I have a Pekingese dog, and it just sucks in dog hair like no tomorrow.
What board you running...I went with the Asus Formula Maximus. Also, Try a little more cable management, would help with airflow and probably bring temps down another 3-5 degrees.

Ill look into cable management, never really saw the point in it, but if it takes that much off the temps, I'm all for doing it.
As for the board I'm running, its an Abit IN9 32X, the only thing on my rig i think I'd change. As a mobo, it stands up well, but the BIOS and the overclocking on it are limited. Wouldn't mind switching to a ASUS, I heard they are better in that department.
