At 11:45am this morning, on the 11th of June, the Parcelforce man kindly dropped this at my front door.



And it contains...



Yes, the UK Limited Edition version of MGS4, exclusive to Play.com. My previous blog post discussed if Limited Editions were worth it, and whether it was just the UK that got shafted, but Im glad to say Mr Kojima (or Kojima-san) and Konami have redeemed my faith.



The box contains a 6" figure of Old Snake, The game, 2 "making of" documentaries, and the sound track. The figure is nicely made, with detail on all the interesting parts. No innuendo intended.



But right now, before I fully open this, i have an exam to sit. Will be back later with more pictures and what not.

EDIT: Back from the exam, and have opened this sucker. Firstly, the contents of the box. Inside was the Solid Snake "Olive Drab" 6" figure, with removable electro blade and rifle. Pretty good figure overall.



Then. behind the figure, was a completely blank, silver box, which contains both the game and the special features (Making of and Soundtrack.)





Oh, and inside the special features blu ray, was a nice little slip of paper which warned me of the upcoming spoilers that lay ahead on the disc.



So thats it. My new MGS4 UK LE completely unboxed. Im off to play this thing to death for the next two days.
