Street Fighter IV New Character Revealed

I don't know about you but the only time I was excited for Street Fighter IV is when 1UP showed us that first screenshot which looked awesome. Since then the more I see, hear and read about this game the more I hate it even though I'd consider myself a big Street Fighter fan.
Personally I think if it didn't have "Street Fighter IV" in the title no one would give a damn about this game.

Anyway what we have here is a cropped up scan from Famitsu magazine which pretty much just shows what we've already seen except this newcomer.
She looks terrible in my opinion, she would make a much better fit in a King of Fighter/Rival Schools game rather than a Street Fighter game.

I was into Street Fighter II but none after. I don't see the hate either. It looks like a good game and they said it's still one or more years off...so I'd say just relax, the character looks fine to me.

So far, she looks like the lovechild of Kof's King and an Elite Beat Agent. I still think she's got potential for badassery, though.

She looks like one of the main villains in Advance Wars DS.

Also I think she looks OK in the artwork but I don't think shes going to look too good in gameplay, just like Ken and Ryu.
