WorthPlaying.com and do other freelance work in the gaming industry.

It's working out better for me.
Funny, I heard rumors about this stuff called Soylent Green...
@ Juggernaut: I hope they trade him for youth and then re-sign him in the offseason. He's got a few years of top notch play left in him I think.
To sum up my thoughts:
-JFJ is 2 years overdue for a firing. Letting him sign those ridiculous contracts for McCabe, Kubina and Gill has crippled this team for seasons to come. The Raycroft move from Boston was a horrible fucking idea from the start. Good on 'em for grabbing Toskala though.
-The problem is a lot worse than with JFJ though. CelicaCrazed had it right with Peddie (and the whole board for that matter). There's so much bureaucracy going on with this team that it's just become stagnant. Move the board to licensing details, and leave the team managment to someone alone.
-I can't believe they let Bowman go, coming that close to getting him.
-I hope this team does tank 'em so they can get a great young prospect like Stamkos. Renting out Sundin for some young players and picks would be great, and just what this team needs after JFJ pawned off all of our youth and draft picks for broken goods that get you no where and aren't welcomed back next season. I'd love to see a trade with Sundin to Pittsburgh, with the Leafs maybe getting Jordan Staal, Angelo Esposito, and some mid-high range picks (to grab some D in the draft).
Great hockey podcast run out of Southern California of all places. I'm their Toronto Maple Leafs correspondent, so I suppose that gives me reason to mention in.

For the last couple of years, I've been genuinely surprised every time I hear that. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I am barely ever surprised. Still love 'em though, just wish the sucking could stop+

EA's hockey games started to suck after 2001.
NHL2k is my favorite series now.
Wings will blow it to a team like the Ducks like they always do in the playoffs. But yeah I guess I wouldn't be surprised if they won the cup this year.
Sundin doesn't even want to leave NOW. If you don't want out at this point, there's no point he'd actually WANT to leave at. He's only getting traded as a FAVOUR to the team, that's it.
