Fan of Christian Bale? Check this out. The guy absolutely flips out on the set of Terminator Salvation. I was never the greatest Bale fan although I thought he was amazing in American Psycho..that Welsh-American accent he speaks with drives me nuts. Apparantley he only talks with the accent as to not alienate the "mainstream" american audiences.
But the way he talks down to the crew here, I find disgusting.

He's gotta be pissed that this was released to the public.. But if that was me he was talking to, I would kick his ass (or at least try).
Was he right to flip out? Or, do you think his outbursts are the ramblings of an egotistical asshole?
Thoughs plx.
Enraged Lord Bale is a horrific site. That is why one does not cross Lord Bale.
"D'you want me to trash your lights?"
Angry Bale is scary =[
Angry man that Bale.
Everyone loses their temper now and then, but Bale flipped his shit over something so small.
So I'm gonna side with Lord Bale
he speaks in an American to fit in with his audience more. Just watch the extras on the Batman films... His interviews are in an American accent.
The guy could have just been messing around when hey were doing a scene, Bale's known for staying in-character, and if you're playing a leader of the resistance at the end of the world, you'd be pretty short-tempered yourself.
Were I Bale, I would have done it in the gravelly Batman voice of Batman Begins... no one would screw up a scene after that.
"I won't mess up, I swear to god!"
"SWEAR TO MEEEE!"
Bale's investing the better half of a year or more into a film that's got to get Terminator back on track after the abortion that was 3. There's a lot of money riding on this, and McG has demonstrated his lack of control by letting the tension get this far.
I've yelled at people in my office when there's a software deadline, and people aren't doing their jobs. It's human nature. There's no justification for it, the same way there's no justification for not doing your job properly.
