Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World...yeah real exciting right? In the February issue Nintendo Power promised to reveal an epic hush hush rpg coming exclusively to a Nintendo console in the next issue. So after all the hype and speculation even going as far as suggesting a possible Mother Wii, Golden Sun 3, or Kingdom Hearts 3 we find out ToS 2 is coming stateside. This is no knock against this game, but I really wish Nintendo Power didn't raise my hopes for a possible Mother games/collection.

What more do you expect? Nintendo is at once the biggest crusher and granter of dreams and wishes. They love to hurt their fans and then try and make it all better with a great game once and a while.

@Mxy & Dynamic: Thanks, my friend actually made this banner. He's a photoshop pro so he makes me stuff every now and then.

@BrOnX: I think my avatar is playing a guitar, but he might be dancing. As for my banner my friend made it, so I'm not really sure where he pulled everything from. I only asked him to put Noata in it haha.

Yeah, I had a feeling, since the new Tales game hadn't been announced for NA yet. You'd think that, what with Nintendo's recent purchase of Monolith, it'd be something worth giving two shits about. I admire your politness as to not knock the game, but I thought Tales of Symphonia was absolutely wreched. Terrible voice acting, generic plot, very repetitive gameplay... thruthfully, I think the only reason anyone even cared about Symphonia (or Baten Kaitos, for that matter) in the first place was because it was on a system with virtually no basis for comparison sans Paper Mario 2.

And I want to be clear that I think Paper Mario 2 was a fantastic game... it's just that... well, that's pretty much all the GameCube had in the way of compelling RPGs.
