Well after a long debate with my friend I decided to buy a PS3 today after trading in my Xbox 360 Elite. It was a tough choice, but GameStop had a used 60GB model so I made a rash decision. I also picked up Uncharted, Warhawk, and Folklore. So yeah I guess I joined the darkside, but it feels so good to have the blu-rayz.
Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World...yeah real exciting right? In the February issue Nintendo Power promised to reveal an epic hush hush rpg coming exclusively to a Nintendo console in the next issue. So after all the hype and speculation even going as far as suggesting a possible Mother Wii, Golden Sun 3, or Kingdom Hearts 3 we find out ToS 2 is coming stateside. This is no knock against this game, but I really wish Nintendo Power didn't raise my hopes for a possible Mother games/collection.
First off I have an Xbox 360 Elite, so my issue doesn't apply to everybody or even a majority of 360 owners. After playing my friend's PS3 for the last week I've become a little envious of some of the console's features. But I'm not going to get into the Blu-ray, built in wifi, and such right now. I just want to bring up the PS3's ability to install games on the HDD. Now not everybody likes installing their games, but personally I don't mind starting an install and watching TV / use the computer while it installs. Anyways after playing games like Devil May Cry 4 and Uncharted, which pretty much have a seamless experience I find myself wanting. So I just wanted to say, why can't I install games on my 360 MSoft? Lord knows Mass Effect could have used it.

Alright so currently I'm working with a PS3, DS, and Dreamcast. I'm not really a hardcore gamer I'm actually a niche gamer. I like my SRPGs from Nippon Ichi and Atlus, I play a lot of simple games like Prof. Layton and PSN games, and I'm not huge of FPS games. Last generation I was all about the PS2 for obvious reasons, but this time I swayed to the 360 for awhile because I doubted Sony. I no longer have those doubts though so life is swell.
