Farewell, FNF

When I took a little break at the beginning of summer, I had the best intentions of returning to do the Xbox FNF blog.  I've been put into a new position at work where I won't be able to do the FNF post any more ...

Xbox FNF: Family Medical Leave

As some of you may know, my wife is pregnant and the baby is due in about a week.  This will be my second child so I'm going to have my hands full for some time.  So until things settle down a bit, this...

Xbox FNF:Community

There's been a lot going on in the forums over the past few days.  A lot of internal stuff that has been bubbling for a while.  I love Destructoid and no matter what goes on behind the scenes, on the front pag...

Xbox FNF: Friday Night Steak

Over the past few weeks, Chillybilly and I have been getting in a picture battle of us grilling food.  He does hot dogs, I do chicken.  He does pork, I do strip steak.   Bottom line is, every...

Xbox FNF: Playing the Jerk

I was thinking the other day about some of my favorite villains in gaming. There are many that come to mind such as Albert Wesker, Revolver Ocelot, Handsome Jack and more. Then, I tried to think of playable ...

Xbox FNF: Spring Break

It's the season for Spring Break and this is the first year since my college and high school days that I'm actually taking off.  What am I doing? Panama City?  Daytona? Being featured in Gamers Gone Wil...

Xbox FNF: Raging Kombat

Rage Quits, we have all been there on both sides. Honestly, playing a long game where you and your teamates are getting decimated is pretty demorilizing. Then on the flip side, pounding your enemies in the ground and fi...

Xbox FNF: Stabby McFriday

So Friday the 13th, huh?  Yeah.  That's a thing.  And yes, I'm aware the day has nothing to do with the movie but it's still fun to always bring it up.  Between Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm S...

Xbox FNF: Reunion Tour

Hey guys, I'm not sure if you have realized that a great game series is coming back to life. What? Which one? Are you... you better not be pulling my leg. Rock Band is back. ROCK BAND IS BACK. WOOOOOOOOOO! You have no i...

Xbox FNF: 32 Candles

I'm not usually one to brag or call out attention about my birthday, however, seeing as my birthday falls on my week and day for the Xbox post y'all are just going to have to deal with it!  So as the title implies,...

Xbox FNF: Winter Storm Blues

Just as it seemed like everything was starting to get back to normal winter storm is moving in this evening. The news have been talking about the second wave storm named Pandora. While it sucks that people have had to l...

Xbox FNF: Fighting Night Delight

Well, it's that time of year again! That time of year of curling up under a warm blanket in the living room with the one you love. Having the lights off, setting the right tone of music to fit the mood and... let the sm...

About XBOX FNFone of us since 1:04 PM on 01.04.2011

Welcome to Dtoid's Friday Night Fights for Xbox 360!

FNF is a weekly, community-run event where Dtoiders get together to play videogames online! Planning starts in the forums, followed by posts here in the cblogs and on the front page on Fridays. It's easy to get involved, so why not start today?!

<-- You can read the blog for more info, but here are the basics:

How to FNF

To Play
Leave a comment in the blog or forum post with your Gamertag and which games from the schedule you want to play. More people will show up if they know other people are playing, so speak up!

Send an Xbox LIVE friend request to the person hosting the game and let them know you're from Dtoid and you're ready to FNF!

To Host
Leave a comment in this blog or the week's forum post listing game you want to play, the time you want to play it, and your Xbox LIVE Gamertag.

Don't worry about hosting the same game or hosting a game at the same time as someone else. Instead, think of it like a movie theater; more than one game can run at the same time!

Still confused? Click here for a full guide to everything FNF!

Blog Hosts

This cblog is run by the community, not the Dtoid staff! If you're interested in lending a hand, PM one of the hosts below!
