Demigod 50% off Contest
Walrus | 7:50 PM on 05.27.2009 6 comments

So, I have a coupon for 50% (making a price of $20) for Demigod (downloading off of Impulse), and, as nobody I know wants or needs it, I thought I'd give ti away here. Please, only apply if you will actually use it, it expires on the 29th. This goes to the person who can best show how much/why they want this game, using only MS Paint. Contest ends in 24 hours (6:00 PM PST, May 28). Winner will be chosen pretty much based on how funny/creative their drawing is. Really, the winner will be pretty random. I'll choose whoever I feel like. I may choose someone who I like from their blog posts, or I may choose someone with a funny drawing.

I'll also have another Impulse coupon for 20% off of anything next week, which I might give away as well, as only Supreme Commander and buying a new downloaded copy of Majesty Gold interest me (I lost my discs for Majesty a while ago, but it's a very fun game).

CWal37's Destructoid Blog

True story. I'm in a hotel in Wisconsin on a super crappy computer, while the desk clerk is eyeing me as I approach the time limit for use. Sadly the creation and uploading this crappy picture used up most of my time.

So I've decided to give it to CWal37. While you both had good examples of MS Paint work, it seems to me from blog content and Steam playtime that Cwal37 will make better use of this. Anyways, I'll send you a message.

Congrats to CWal37. I don't even have impulse downloaded yet cause this is the only game I wanna play that is exclusive to it so far. But yeah, I haven't been using steam much lately... inFAMOUS has stolen my gaming life.

Hahaha, well it's funny because my current Steam stats are about half of what they'd normally be at.

I do have Impulse and love Sins of a Solar Empire.

Thanks a whole bunch Walrus.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
