A fellow D-Toiter has been having some Rock Band guitar problems so I am just contributing

this DIY fix it article that was in the Official X-Box mag this month. I figured I might as well

share this with everyone because I am sure there are others of you out there with defective

instruments. I played earlier today actually and I can tell my guitar is slowly losing mojo :(

Yeah sure I guess you can send it to EA and they can do it for free but why not just stick it to

the man and do it on your own for funsies? I pick funsies!

That, or you can just contact EA to get your gear replaced for free.
The game comes with a 60 day warranty, so even first day buyers are still covered.

Interesting read I just wish it was resized a little better. I'm proud that I was able to successfully repair my snapped footpedal. Speaking of which today is the one month anniversary of me breaking it and filing an unsanswered repair claim with EA.

It basically says there's no fix - they tried things but basically you have to just suck it up and send it off to EA :(
