Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
There shouldn't be any problem getting this replaced. When they sell as many DVD's as they do it's probably somewhat common.
Also, BAAAAAAWWWWW BlurayFail , BlurayFail
Right...
Sounds to me like a dipshit retail assistant didn't know the difference between a 3 and 5.
FUCK THAT KID
We're all here for you. Good luck.
Exactly how is a packaging/manufacturing problem a retail assistant's fault?
Often the discs are stored separate to the container, and it is the assistant's job to put the two together without sucking.
I worked at Best Buy for a decent amount of time and that has NEVER happened with us.
Something like this happened to when when I bought season 5 of In Living Color. I opened the case up and BAM it was full of Season 1 dvd's.
Got my monies back though.
What never happened? The storage or the fuck up?
If storage, that's BS, that's the whole point of display cases. May not happen everywhere, but it is common.
If the fuck up, then this guy was a tool. Shit happens.
Just return the blu ray then when you get the other one.. open it right there to make sure that it is numbered properly.
