I'm thinking it implies that the game isn't being played, but that it's a pre-recorded video being played back.
I'm interested in the game, but I'm afraid that it's going to take too much from CoD4 and it's just going to be a grenade-spam fest again. Nothing's more frustrating than spawning, tossing three grenades and awaiting your impending death from the opponent's grenades. Respawn and repeat.
Theres not direct connection to the videos (as far as I know).
