First Post Alert! How I met Hamza by Halo.

Howdy y'all. This is my first post so I would like to introduce myself. My name is Vlambo. Been playing games since I could remember. My first game memory is probably beating the First level of Lethal Weapon 2 for my SNES and then never figuring out how to beat the next level.

Anyway onto the story...

I often play Halo 3 nowadays because of no sufficient funds to buy any other game. So Yesterday I was playing a BTB, like I usually do, and I end up in a CTF on Sandtrap. Now I look over the team and it doesn't seem like anything out of the ordinary.

So we start and right off the bat I see "Lethal sh0t has betrayed Hamsa****"(Don't know if Hamsa wants his GT Released). I caught the name with the corner of my eye and started to think if it could be someone from Destructoid. So I carry on and bout 10 minutes later we are down to 3v3 after many D/C's and a few boots. I see this Hamsa fellow carrying the flag for the last cap and the game ends.

So after the game, I look at this Hamsa's Gamertag and profile and it seems to have "Destructoid.com" in his profile. So I then look at the FoF Feature (Who woulda thought it be useful) and saw the names of many Destructoid regulars. So I sent a message asking if it was actually Hamsa, and low and behold, 5 minutes later I get message from him saying it is.

WOW! was all I could think

The chances of meeting a Dtoid writer by random was really cool in my eyes. 10 minutes later, he invited me to play and we played for a good 3 hours. We talked about Destructoid and I found out some really cool things about him.

For the first person I met from Destructoid, he was pretty cool.

Here's to Hamsa! For making me feel a part of the community!
