Just to get this off the bat as soon as possible this is my first C-Blog and my third ever blog post anywhere so if you don't like something tell, but don't destroy me for it.
Now on to the meat of this post. I play online games occasionally (and by online games I mean FPSs and the like not MMORPG's, that would have to be an entirely different post), but nowhere near the amount of time to gain any kind of respectable skills. This creates a problem when I play, and as soon as I spawn I'm taken down by a headshot from "newbkilr". Now I'm not complaining because I suck, it's what happens after the kill that I hate. Why must these people hurl nonsensical insults at all other players (to barrow from PA: Mexican Jew Lizard)? Do they some how sustain themselves by insulting others, or being a jerk and/or a racist the most effective way to establish one's dominance over others. Even being on the same team as these assholes doesn't stop the onslaught of asshatery. Any time you do anything, from killing an enemy to taking a weapon these guys (or girls {or whatever the hell else you could be}) have a bank of insult to fling at you.
To answer your question: They do it to compensate for being terrorized in the other aspects of their life, so they go online, shoot someone, treat them like shit, and it makes them feel better about themselves.

You and me both. The solution I found is to just do it. Don't worry what people say, they don't really know what they're doing either :P

Just write down any thoughts that come to you and worry about the finishing touches afterwards.
I'm not a good writer either, but it's good to have everything you have in mind written down.
