Well, my first post on my C-Blog so I figured I would introduce myself as I did in the forums:

Hey Destructoid crew! My name is Derek from Ohio. I have been lurking on here for close to 2 years and finally decided to join! First, some gaming background:

My favorite series have to be the Harvest Moon series, Call of Duty series, Street Fighter, and most Mario games. My favorite overall games has to be Harvest Moon 64 (offline) and COD (online).

I only have an Xbox 360 right now (GT: VendettaXXI) and a DSi. My favorite genres are shooters, role-playing, action/adventure, and racing. Current games being played are Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, MW2, Assassin's Creed II, Left 4 Dead 2 and Forza 3.

I'm setting myself a goal here on D-Toid to get to know the community and post semi-regularly about gaming, sports, anything I want as it's my C-blog. I still need to work on my blog overall but that will come with time. I am looking forward to gaming with many of you.

Welcome! Harvest Moon 64 was the shit, 'nuff said! Which girl did you seduce?

Being the stalker that I am, I also clicked your gamertag thing and checked
out what games you have. How is Magna Carta 2? I have some interest in it as a JRPG nut, but I heard it was like FF12 (which I disliked) so I'm not sure what to think about it.

I seduced the flower shop girl.... Potpourri??? Magna Carta 2 was ok but I really didn't care for it. I'm having an issue with XB360 right now and I want to sell it for a PS3 but not sure. Just bored with the games besides Assassin's Creed 2 which I can get on PS3.
