Microsoft announced the first download pack for Halo 3 today.
There will be three maps in the download, Rats Nest, Foundry, and Standoff. Rats Nest is said to be a large, indoor, vehicle based level that works best with big team battle. Foundry is a forge map, and according to Bungie everything in the warehouse level can be edited, add stairways, bridges, and walls to completely change the map. Standoff is mostly an outdoor map with bases on both ends, and is a mid-size map.
The pack comes out on Dec 11 and will cost 800 points, but like the Bungie packs for Halo 2 they will go free later, in April 2008 before the next pack comes out.
I can't wait to see Foundry, and Rats Nest sounds fantastic for 28 Days Later.

I might just wait to buy the maps, or wait till there free.
but the COD4 maps, man im gonna buy those the second they come out!
