I have never seen or heard of anyone taking the trouble to convert the oggs (the audio files used in FoF) to MP3s, so it's not much of an issue. Most people buy the music they like playing on FoF from iTunes or what have you if they like it.
I certainly won't get arrested, since I'm not hosting the files. Again, I will take down the files and links if it is requested of me. I don't think anyone is losing music sales because of FoF though.
Thanks for your concern though.
