We Can't All Be Mario

This is no way should be taken seriously, and it has a vaguely bonkers context in its own right. Some times I write things that are so obscure in themselves I feel like sharing them so when I had jot this down I figured it was ok to show to some peoples. Don't take it in a literal sense, just look for the joke.

After years and years of hard work; life has become trivial for I've head towards, “The Wrong Castle”. My metaphorical princess has moved on. It appears that I'm no longer a material want, but a material waste. Never again to cast a worthwhile shadow, or stomp on my obstacles. I'm merely Joe the Plumber. We can't all be Mario.

Selective Permeability in Games
UnrealClock | 7:16 PM on 11.18.2008 14 comments

In just a few seconds of looking around there seems to be an all out hate war I've blocked out for the past few years. There are people who go out of their way to stand over others with their falsified cock-sizes and taunt others undeniable love for something that objects to another's wants, and with this brings up the idea of the selective permeability that needs to be injected into the back of everyone's skull. If you don't like something it isn't all that difficult to merely take a small side-step and walk around this new world you don't quite grasp entirely, or something that offends you. Odds are, and this is the honest-to-god general likelihood, you're being over reactive. There are a lot of things to talk about in a negative fashion, but in truth we find people missing a point. You're not critiquing the correct portion of a product. An example about a good comment against a good game would be something like this. A bad example would be something along the lines of "SHIT GAME, LONG CUTSCENES!". Now I'll say that I've never once played MGS5, but I know in full certainty that an optional moving story line with tie-ups for a shit load of questions should in no way affect your enjoyment of a game. I feel odd ranting, but its all there is to do when you're talking about video games. Rant.
