Not even shitting you. Just finished watching the e3 presentation and decided to see what new marketplace content was available. I turn on my 360, turn my T.V. to the right input and BAM, no signal. "That's weird" I remark to myself. I look over at my controller, which isn't synced with my 360. I glance over at my 360, and my heart sinks.

Update 1:

After checking on the site, it appears I'm not under warranty. How could this be? Didn't they extend it to 3 years/cover ALL RRoD?

The worse RROD experience I've had so far was when I was over at a friend's house when he invited me and two friends to some multiplayer fun.

The red ring kinda sunk that ship before it sailed. Gotta say, it got awkward.

Your currently expired 1 year warranty covers problems other than the RROD (disc drive, etc.) You should still be eligible for the 3 year RROD warranty.

dude same shit happened to me like a week ago. it said the same shit about being out of warranty, but I still called customer service, and they still let me send it to the repair center.

Will do guys. I'm actually leaving for Alaska on Wednesday for 10 days, so I'm going to towel trick it, play it for tonight and tomorrow, call and get the box shipped out. I'll have a family member ship it out while I'm in Alaska, and hopefully get it back soon.

3 year warranty for RROD ftw, plus my extended 3 year warranty for Target ftw. I'm still on my first , 8 months strong :x

Uberslug: What Super Size Rice said. The on-site warranty explanation is just for the warranty that came with the Xbox. The 3 year warranty still applies.

@Pedro: Thanks man, but I've seen a few other pictures and have confirmed my RRoD. My towels worked, and I have it back for a little while (at least until the coffin gets here).

I hope I get an HDMI model back :D. I'm going to upgrade the HD for the new Fall update.
