...is good until the movie is finished. I know, I know, "It looks more shit than 2 girls 1 cup", that's what I thought until I finally actually sat down and watched it. I will explain why it's good before I tell you why I didn't like it when I wasn't watching it.

First things first. Baby Leonidas with a beard was too cool for school.

The movie is actually good because unlike Epic Movie and Date Movie, they don't shove parody's down your throat. Which is why Scary Movie 1 and 2 were the best. Their are a lot of parodys but they actually fit in unlike in Epic Movie where they thought "LOL WE SHOULD ADD SOME PIRATES AND MAKE THEM RAP! ROFLROFLROFL!!11". It follows 300's storyline quite well I would say. Some jokes do however go on a little too long, Leonidas was probably kicking people in the hole for a good two minutes until Randy, Paula and Simon appear to judge his kicking skills (when he then kicks them into the hole). One part I lol'd at was probably when the Spartans march is shown to be a skipping session to "I Will Survive" (you'd understand it if you saw the movie, but you won't cause you guys are close minded).

Here's the reason though why I disliked it AFTER it was done. You have all had it happen to you, people ruin the lines. For example after the movie, all I heard from my friends was quotes from the movie, they were funny in the movie but this is why I didn't wanna see the movie in the first place, cause people ruin it. Dave Chappelle's Lil John skit got stupid after I heard a million people say " YEEEEEEAH!!! and GET CRUNK!!" as well as Borat's "HIGH FIVE!!" and other quotes.

Some more possitive notes, it's not to stupid. Like in Epic Movie stuff will just happen for no reason, just to crack a joke. But in Meet the Spartans they stick to the story line and use what they have to make a joke.

One final comment that's more of a con that kind of bugged me, they pointed out some of the jokes sometimes, sometimes they pointed stuff out that wasn't a joke. Like when Xerxes is revealed to be the fat guy from Borat, the narrator points it out that it's the fat guy. They it roughly 3 - 5 times.

I'm gonna give it a rating of (just you for you Wiisucks) 3 1/2 Firetrucks out of 5

It's a funny movie, I wouldn't suggest going to see it in theaters unless with a lot of friends and the tickets are half off. I say get it off the interwebs, through a torrent. It is 50 times better than Epic Movie and Date Movie combined(then again anything is) and better than Scary Movie 4 but I still have to say that Scary Movie 2 was the best.

So go see it if you are tired of seeing no story in some of these slap stick movies, go see it if your a fan of 300 and parodies and finally go see it if you liked the Scary Movie series.
