First off, the PSN is down right now for maintenance. Wild speculation says it's for that saucy new firmware update with no specific release date.

Much higher in priority, I finally got around to listening to the PS Nation podcast where they get some questions to the people at Media Molecule. I'm not a big fan of podcasts, but every so often one demands my attention. I don't think I need to tell you what game they're working on.

Highlights:
-Content can be password protected. So if you simply must make a platforming adventure through Cocksenburg, you can, and the chilluns won't be scarred.
-You can easily report inappropriate content by way of an in-game screenshot thing, that sends an image along with lots of identifying info so there's little chance of successful false reports.
-Might support YouTube integration to upload your own videos through the game. They say they'll give the people what they want.
-THESE WILL BE REAL


Moreso than a dancing toaster, that is my number one holiday gift item. I can't wait to dismember rotting, shambling grotesqueries in Dead Space, but these things? Fucking adorable. I'm a sucker for adorable, nerdy things, and I'm man enough to admit it. How's that for contrast.
