My dear friend and colleague would like to apologize for the lack of a YTMND Thursday this week, as he is busy in San Francisco, attending GDC and going to parties and probably groping the boobs of unsuspecting young ladies and doing lots of other awesome stuff.
He asked me in the form of a (probably drunken) text message to deliver the following to you: "Please make a cblog on my behalf because of no YTMND Thursday. I feel like shit for not being a part of the site this past week. Dtoid is my drug ... you should use this text in the post." He then went on to say: "Also, make sure everyone knows that Topher is handsome and makes a great steak. And when I get home I'm going to send him a Saturn from my store for free and a bunch of games for it, as a way to thank him for banning that failposter while I wasn't there. And a slurpee. And I'm going to send him my Dreamcast because I don't really play it that much and one of his is missing the modem because he bought it from that guy around the corner. And I'm also gonna buy him lunch when he comes to town and take him out for beers. Because he is handsome. And awesome. And RetroforceGO is the greatest podcast in the history of ever. And please visit Tomopop.com to check out all the rad toys they have there (Community blogs coming soon!) and I am lame for having fun at GDC without Topher." That is all. And yes, Madninja, the part about the steak is totally true, even if CTZ didn't actually write it.
He did write the first part though.
But saturday will be fun.
Do I stay all night and get hammered? Then go to the college paper to finish layout?

Also, I call shenanigans on Hamza’s “texts”! according to Microsoft Word, the entire message amounts to 971 characters, which would require 7 text messages. Hell, I’m impressed he even fully typed out all the words in the first two (the first three sentences) which total 187 characters. Mad props to you both (I hate internet shorthand, especially when used in text messages).

But ya I can't wait till everything is back to normal again.
On another note Topher, I have a full Saturn system that I never use anymore if you want it for free (well...if you pay for shipping). I even have the 3-in-1 Action Replay so you can play import games on it.
