Looks like Ensemble Studios has just put up some new Halo Wars screenshots. Maybe this is a sign of things to come in E3. maybe

Looks good so far. With the raw name recognition of Halo lets hope it plays as well.
I'd love if there was a RTS community as strong as Halo's. WiC looked like it was heading in that direction last year but multiplayer seems to have but died out for it.

I have to be honest and say that I really don't have very high expectations for this game. I just personally don't think anyone can do RTS on a console right. Now of course I used to think that FPS games would never be good on a console and obviously that eventually changed.

The game definately is looking beautiful enough. Maybe the gameplay will actually impress as well. Only time will tell. I think what this game need however is a good story line. That needs to be the catcher that pulls people in to it. Right now we know absolutely nothing about the story though.

Hopefully next week all will be revealed at E3 ... one can only hope.

If this plays half as good as it looks, itll be a sweet game. I just hope theyve found a way to do that.

@Silverdragon: I disagree. Loved C&C3 on the 360, and love it's expansion even more(thank God for the wheel control). This will be a first day purchase for me.
